The Nebula Era — 2024

In April 2024, Horizon Studio underwent its first major transformation, rebranding as Nebula Interactive. The rebrand represented a significant shift in the organization's ambitions and identity, moving away from its origins as a traditional game development studio toward a more structured and professional organization.

Alongside the new identity came a series of visual and organizational changes, including multiple logo revisions and the development of a clearer corporate direction. Nebula Interactive began positioning itself as an organization capable of managing communities, coordinating development teams, overseeing projects, and building long-term partnerships.

As its portfolio continued to expand, the organization became increasingly involved with a variety of Roblox communities and projects. Its role evolved from simply creating games to providing the leadership, infrastructure, and management necessary to operate larger digital communities.

Expansion and Diversification

As Nebula Interactive continued to grow, its operations expanded beyond development alone. The organization began overseeing multiple projects and communities while establishing a broader approach to corporate management, strategic partnerships, investment, development, and community administration.

This period marked an important realization: the organization was no longer simply a development studio. It had become an umbrella organization capable of bringing together different ventures, teams, communities, and projects under a unified structure.

That evolution ultimately led to the decision to undertake another major rebrand.

The Embrivia Group Era

Nebula Interactive was subsequently transformed into Embrivia Group, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the organization's history.

The Embrivia identity was created to reflect the organization's expanded scope and its ambitions beyond traditional game development. Rather than operating solely as a studio, Embrivia Group established itself as a broader group management and development organization, providing a corporate framework for its growing portfolio of ventures and initiatives.

Under the Embrivia Group structure, the organization has continued to develop and oversee projects across the Roblox ecosystem while pursuing new opportunities in digital entertainment, community management, development, partnerships, and corporate expansion.

Today

Today, Embrivia Group represents the continuation of a journey that began with a small Roblox development group in 2019. From Horizon Studio, through the Nebula Interactive era, and ultimately into Embrivia Group, the organization has continually adapted its identity and structure to match its ambitions.

What began as a single development-focused venture has evolved into a wider organization built around innovation, management, development, and long-term growth.
